These terms apply to orders placed through Ridha Luxe. Please read the product description, selected purchase option and checkout total before submitting an order.
Product descriptions and selections
Our catalogue includes jewellery and decorative candles. A photograph may show several pieces or colours; the title and selected option identify what your purchase contains. Handmade finishes, stone placement and screen settings can produce small visual differences. Please check dimensions, pack quantities, colour and size before ordering, and contact us if anything is unclear.
Prices and checkout
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Any applicable tax and delivery amounts are shown in the cart or checkout; review the final total before confirming. Payment methods depend on the options available for your order. Online transactions are processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout. Never share a payment password, PIN or one-time code with our team.
Availability and order confirmation
Orders are subject to stock and the ability to fulfil the selected items. An acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; we may contact you if availability, delivery details or a clear listing error prevents fulfilment. If we cannot supply an item already paid for, we will contact you to arrange the appropriate resolution, including a refund for the unavailable item.
Delivery, changes and cancellations
Shipping charges and delivery information are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Provide a complete address and reachable telephone number. Contact us promptly about an address change or cancellation; a change may no longer be possible once packing or dispatch is underway.
Exchanges and product concerns
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Eligible jewellery may be exchanged for another available size of the same design when requested within seven days of delivery, subject to the conditions on our Shipping & Returns page. Please contact us about a damaged, defective or incorrect item. These terms do not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Care and use
Follow the care guidance supplied with your product. Jewellery should be protected from harsh chemicals, impact and inappropriate storage. Candles must be used on a suitable heat-resistant surface and kept away from children, pets and flammable materials; never leave a burning candle unattended. Any product-specific warranty must be stated on the listing or purchase documentation.
Website use and content
Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt checkout or submit fraudulent orders. Ridha Luxe branding, original product photographs and other original content may not be reused without permission, except where the law permits.
